چکیده

Power electronics devices are made from semiconductor switches such as thyristors, MOSFETs, and diodes, along with passive elements of inductors, capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits. They heavily used in power processing for applications computing, communication, medical electronics, appliance control, converters high DC AC transmission what is now called harmonized AC/DC networks. A converter’s operation described a periodic sequencing different modes corresponding to topologies interfaced filters elements. The performance has improved considerably using switching frequency, which leads significant improvement performance. However, the dv/dt through fast-switching transient MOSFET associated parasitic components generating oscillations voltage spikes having adverse effects on complementary switches, thereby affecting safe devices. In this paper, gate-driver circuit suppress H-Bridge inverter’s spikes. proposed technique simple gate driver based IR2112 (IC) by adding capacitor attenuate effect freewheeling current, suppressing negative This paper’s main contribution improve circuit’s capability inverter. validated experimentally compared conventional driver. experimental results show that can effectively MOSFET’s oscillations.

Harmonic Compensation and Load Balancing Using Cascaded H- bridge Multilevel Inverter in High Voltage Systems

This paper presents detailed modeling and simulation of a compensator for Load balancing and harmonics Compensation based on a five-level cascaded H-bridge multilevel voltage source inverter. This type of compensator, which is installed in parallel with the load, is usually referred to as the shunt active power filters (APF). Nowadays use of high voltage non-linear loads are widely used in indu...

Analysis of seismic waveforms using full-bridge voltage source inverter

The current research talks about a designed accelerometer system which is able to measure every type of mechanical vibration. The applied vibration in this survey is called seismic wave. Then the measured wave by this novel system is transf ormed to a specif ic function using spline interpolation. This explicit function can be used as a reference signal in the technique PWM to be made in curren...

High Voltage-Lift Quasi-Z-Source fed Modified Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter

Quasi-Z-Source Cascaded H-bridge Multilevel inverters (qZS-CHB-MLI) have attracted much interest in recent research works due to its rewarding advantages when compared with traditional voltage source inverters and Z-source Inverters. The qZS-CHB-MLI has limited output voltage boosting capability, and requires more number of switches as the number of levels increases. This increases the volume a...

Low Voltage SC Circuit Design Using Short-Channel MOSFET Switches

Analog switches, which are known to be the bottle-neck for reducing the supply voltage, are analyzed. MOSFET transistors with channel lengths shorter than the minimum feature size (L 0 ) in a given technology are proposed for use as switches operated at a low supply voltage. These MOSFETs have lower threshold voltage and higher punchthrough currents compared to a transistor of L 0 length (due t...
